 A Black Saddle Dog
carries the Gene Formula (asBCDEgmrSt) and will reproduce its color if
bred to a dog of the same color. It is recessive to the color Black or
Tan and is dominant to the color black and tan. The Tan markings or Points
of tan that show on the coat are specific to this gene. They leave a large
saddle pattern of black on the back of the dog. Generally the dog will
be born with alot more black color and turns to a red as they mature.
